For getting free Domain you have to go at FREENOM, here you can get free domains such as .tk . Ga , .ml etc.

so let's get started with the steps 

go to freenom
log-in there.
search for
as you can see in the image in a right 

(if you use mobile then the image is on top of all the steps)

 as you can see I have searched "1232" you can also
search there and then click on check availability.

as you can see here that some domains are not available and .gq domain is available so click on get it now and then checkout then fill your entries (if asked) then set domain life to 12 months then leave that page and the domain is yours now

How To Get Free Hosting

For getting free hosting follow these steps

go to infinityfree.net

then log in there 

then click on the client area

here as you can see I have three accounts but when you come here the first time you will get an option for a new account or something similar to it where I have marked a blue circle then click on it and fill the details you get your hosting

when choosing hosting keep in mind that the domain you have choose would be written in the domain tab and then change the name servers of the domain.

you can change the name servers of domain by getting on freenom domain settings
